Founder and CEO

Dr. Sarah Alsaidi holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, awarded in 2021. She is a distinguished psychologist, researcher, and educator with a keen interest in micro (individual) and macro (systemic) growth and change. Dr. Alsaidi collaborates with individuals, teams, and organizations to identify challenges, cultivate growth, and guide change.

With expertise spanning various domains, Dr. Alsaidi offers a comprehensive services tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clientele. Her areas of specialization include organization and goal setting, addressing employee stress and burnout, navigating conflict resolution, fostering team cohesion and effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Dr. Alsaidi is an expert in the area of identity, microaggressions, and microintervention response strategies. She employs an intersectional, feminist, and social justice approach that seamlessly integrates her clinical expertise with scholarly inquiry. Among her most notable accomplishments is the development of The Microintervention Workshop, a transformative educational and healing series designed to empower both targets and allies in recognizing and responding to daily microaggressions and biases. Dr. Alsaidi's expertise also extends to co-authoring the book, “Microinterventions: What You Can Do to Disarm and Dismantle Individual and Systemic Racism and Bias.”
